My artwork is available for licensing for print (on paper) as well as electronic reproduction (websites). Generally speaking, our policy for licensing art for websites is as follows:
web licensing
nonprofit or personal sites:
Upon my approval, nonprofit or personal sites may use up to three images for free as long as they include a link back with a copyright notice. To receive permission, please e-mail your website url and a list of the images you wish to reproduce.
commercial websites:
For profit sites, or sites that charge money for services or to promote a business, are charged for a one time licensing fee of $100 per image. A copyright notice *must* be included; it can be in small type, but must be on the page the art is used. This licensing fee does not include the right to reproduce the art in print form.
If you are interested in reproducing art from any of my tarot or oracle decks and are a commercial or nonprofit tarot reading website, for legal reasons a small disclaimer *must* be posted to make it clear that my publication is not promoting or affiliated with your business or services.
editorial or review websites:
If you are writing an online article or review about my work, please contact us to request images and further information. Press kits are also available.
print or other licensing
editorial usage:
If you are writing a print article or review about my work, please contact us to request high resolution images and further information. Press kits are also available.
commercial usage:
All non-editorial print usage is subject to a licensing fee. This fee varies according to the reproduction venue and product circulation. Licensing fees include a cd-rom containing high resolution electronic files of the licensed images, which are color corrected for high quality print reproduction.
other licensing restrictions
1. Artwork must not be digitally changed or sampled in any way.
2. The copyright notice for artwork should read as follows:
